The emphasis of research is located in the field of organometallic chemistry and in adjacent areas and targeted at catalytic problems. By expansion of old and new synthetic strategies and the use of structural data mostly metals (among them: Rhenium,Osmium, Rhodium and Palladium) bound to hydrocarbons are applied to current problems, which are mainly also of industrial interest. Special interest goes to catalytic reactions of CC-unsaturated Hydrocarbons (Alkines, Olefines, Aromatic compounds) and especially CC-coupling reactions.
